Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. The lady at the reception upgraded our room free of charge which was amazing specially with young children.

Great hotel if you are for business in Jeddah. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The staff is polite and accommodating. The breakfast is good and has a nice variety of things. What made me rate the place a 10 is that they were very flexible for their guests. I was allowed to check in at 10:00am without any issues and I was allowed to check-out at 5:00pm (because I had a late flight), again without any additional payment or discussions. This to me deserve some recognition as that is a very nice service! Also good to know that there are many restaurants at walking distance of the hotel, so it's in general a good location to be in.

Staff very accommodating and smiling especially Malak in the reception and the restaurant staffs. when we asked for late checkout they were accommodating also. Location is great and size of room was good

Exceptional stay. Room was clean and neat. But most importantly, the hospitality by the front desk staff was excellent! Front desk staff Mr. Moya'ad Al-Thagafi was so helpful and understanding. He welcomes every guest warmly and made sure that my stay was exceptional and extending his support directly to me. I would like to personally thank him for his efforts and dedication.
