The employers were trying to facilitate anything, swimming pool nearly empty but clean. I would like to especially thank Mohammed Hussein from the restaurant for the good hospitality, welcoming , delicious and fresh food. He gave my little son his favourite dish and fresh juice although it wasn’t included in our package. He did his best to comfort us by affording our drinks too. The breakfast had many variables.

the hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff are welcoming and very friendly.. Maram was in particular very kind and delightful mashallah , been coming here since 2019 and I always have an amazing time here , thank you and keep up the good work

the front desk lady her name start with M was very polite and helpful. She went out of her way to help us out with a question we had even though she didn’t need to do that. She should have a manager status really because she goes up and above for each customer. the room was also beautiful and spacious. we were hesitant when we booked the hotel but this will definitely be our go to hotel for our future Jeddah visits.

Stayed in the Novotel for couple of nights. Starting from the staff, it was a good experience. The staff in hotel is friendly and supportive. Room was spacious and super clean. Lobby is beautiful. Best thing i liked about the hotel was top floor which had swimming pool, a projector screen for watching TV and Seatint around the pool. Lot of parking for vehicles is available at the back side. Tried their Dinner menu and it was pretty good and can give them 9/10 for value of money. Tried the milk shake and cappucino also and they were okay. Overall a good experience and good time spent in the hotel.

Novotel Tahlia has a great location. Literally in the middle of everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Special thanks for the housekeepers and all receptionists. Room is convenient and very spacious. I’ll definitely come back.

Location is perfect. Restaurant and cafe are great. Good room size. Clean pool and gym availability.

Spacious room, good location and friendly staff especially Maram at the reception was really nice to let us checkout a bit late as we had a late evening flight.

Modern bathroom. Excellent decor leading up to the rooms. Good choice of furniture. However, the suite we were in did not have a sofa bed, luckily there was another room with a sofa bed for our kids.

Everything went well, As front entrance is not operational due to road construction I would expect proper signage from the back entrance of the hotel, otherwise it is confusing. I also expect a hotel person at the back entrance to help guest entering hotel
